In addition to providing training to its customers, QSAE offers tailor-made technical assistance to Ethiopian industry in their effort to improve product quality (thru implementing improvement projects) mainly in the agriculture and food technology areas.

These assistance packages are based on detailed agreements regarding expected inputs and outputs of quality improvement projects, fees, etc between QSAE and customers.

One example of such assistance is in the edible oils manufacturing area, in which QSAE designed a prototype oil neutralizer to be used by small size local oil presses to economically process crude/semi-crude to refined edible oils.
